Adam Abel is entering his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Falcons. Abel is no stranger to Abingdon Baseball and the friendly confines of Falcon Park. The 2001 Abingdon alum was a three year starter for the Falcons' baseball team. A standout infielder, Abel helped lead Abingdon into the regional playoffs. Abel will work primarily with the Falcon infielders and will be the junior varsity head coach in '10. Adam recently completed his Master's Degree in Education from Emory and Henry College. He received his bachelor's degree in 2005 from Presbyterian College. Abel and his wife Susan; an assistant with the Falcon Volleyball team; are strong supporters of the Abingdon community.
